The White County Schools logo features a graduation cap and the school's name..    We are excited to welcome you to White County Schools!  Please find important documents, forms, and contacts below. 

 

 

 

Required Documents

 

All new K-12 students are required to submit the following documents before attending.  To register a Pre-K student, please visit our Pre-K page found here.  Documents can be submitted to the school or emailed to registration@whitecoschools.net.  If emailing the documents, please include the student's name and school in the Subject. 

Required Documents:

  • Student's Birth Certificate (Official certificate preferred, but options available)
  • Proof of Residence (i.e. Electric bill in your name.  If you do not have a bill in your name, complete this Affidavit of Residence Form.)
  • Student's Immunization & Physical Form (This form must have been completed within the last year.  Any student deemed homeless or foster may not be denied or delayed enrollment because of the student's lack of records.)
  • Custody Papers (If applicable)

For K-5 students who enter after the school year has started, or for students who are new to the county.

For students who enter after the school year has started, or for students who are new transfers to the county.  (New Kindergarten students do not need to complete this form.)

Registration can be completed early online or in-person at the school your child is zoned for on April 7th from 8am-4pm.  If you complete the form online, you do not need to attend on April 7th.

 

We also have two meetings coming up to help you make the transition of starting school a happy and successful experience for both you and your child!  Participants of this program will receive a free bag of early learning resources and materials and support to help your child be better prepared for school and learning.  Sign up for a K-Ready Meeting here!
